Your Member App is here!
You’ve asked for it, and here it is!
I am very happy to announce that the Society’s brand-new Member App went live on 8 December 2021.
Our management team worked closely with the developers at MIP over the last year to ensure that the Society’s Member App would integrate seamlessly with our member data, and would offer easy-to-use functionalities to make our member’s medical scheme interactions much easier. For example, the App will allow you to quickly take and send a photo of a claim for processing, as well as monitor your benefit limits.
But there is so much more to explore on the App! We therefore encourage you to read our Member App guide to reap the full benefit of the various App functionalities that will now be at your fingertips.

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the Society on 053 807 3111, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00, and choose option 4 for assistance.

PS. If you have changed the settings on your smartphone to display a larger font size, you may experience difficulties viewing and accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Member App when you register. In such a case, please change your font settings back to the default size, accept the Terms and Conditions, and then increase your font size again.
