With the COVID-19 pandemic and the current lockdown posing some unique challenges, this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be hosted virtually, on Monday, 22 June 2020 at 10h00.

This page has been created to facilitate your access to all the AGM-related documents. In addition it provides all the necessary information for you to register for the virtual AGM, or to submit a proxy form if you would like another Society member or the Chairperson to represent you at the AGM.
